1. About this website

This website is a product catalogue and enquiry channel for Hardware Centre, a retail, wholesale and manufacturing business based in Itwari, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. It is not a self-checkout store: there is no online payment, and no order is placed until it is confirmed by us.

2. Product information and pricing

• Prices, availability and specifications are indicative and subject to confirmation.
• Product photographs are representative; colours and finishes may vary slightly in person.
• We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time, and will honour confirmed quotations.

3. Enquiries and orders

Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quotation, not an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and you accept the final quotation. Wholesale, bulk and custom manufacturing requirements are quoted individually, including lead time.

4. Delivery, returns and warranties

Delivery scope, timelines and any applicable warranties are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Manufactured goods (desert coolers, metal racks, G.I. boxes, steel almirahs and beds) carry the warranty stated on your invoice. Please retain it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping catalogue data at scale, submitting false or unlawful enquiries, or infringing the intellectual property of Hardware Centre or the brands whose products are listed.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logo and original product photography belong to Hardware Centre. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardware Centre is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability for any product is limited to the terms stated on your invoice and applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
